On the 27th of October 2017, in Brussels, was celebrated the Signing ceremony of the Agreement for scientific and technological cooperation between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt setting out the terms and conditions for the participation of the Arab Republic of Egypt PRIMA.
The agreement was signed by Clyde KULL, Permanent Representative of Estonia to the European Union, Maria Cristina RUSSO, Director for International Cooperation at the DG RTD of the European Commission, and Mohamed SHINAWI, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt.
